3.5.7.9 Render Priority
The higher the Rendering Priority, the more resources are devoted to rendering.
Some users have expressed surprise that changing this setting does not seem to significantly affect rendering
times. This will of course be the case if the computer in question is not doing anything else at the time. The time
when this setting starts to matter is when you are running another CPU-intensive process on the computer, one that
would compete with POV-Ray for the CPU. It is then that changing this setting will make a noticable difference.
